AI Notice

Introduction

This Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) Notice explains how CAI Software may use artificial intelligence technologies in connection with our products, services, websites, customer portals, support offerings, communications, and business operations.

This AI Notice supplements our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any applicable customer agreements. In the event of a conflict between this AI Notice and an applicable customer agreement, the customer agreement will control.

How We Use AI

We may use AI technologies to support and enhance our products, services, and operations, including to:

  •  assist users in locating information and resources;
  • provide customer support and self-service assistance;
  • generate summaries, recommendations, or suggested responses;
  • improve search and knowledge management capabilities;
  • analyze information and identify trends or patterns;

  • support other business, product, and service functions.

AI functionality may be provided directly by us or through third-party service providers acting on our behalf.

Information Processed Through AI Technologies

Information processed through AI technologies may include information that users submit or make available through our products, services, websites, customer portals, support channels, communications, and related systems.

Depending on the nature of the service, this may include account information, support requests, communications, user-generated content, uploaded materials, technical information, usage information, and other information provided to us.

Third-Party Service Providers

We may engage third-party service providers to provide AI-related services and functionality. These providers may process information on our behalf in accordance with applicable agreements and legal requirements.

Accuracy and Limitations

AI-generated content, responses, recommendations, summaries, analyses, or other outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or inappropriate.

Users should independently review and verify AI-generated outputs before relying on them for business, operational, legal, financial, technical, compliance, or other important decisions.

AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and assistance purposes only and are not a substitute for professional judgment or human review.

Human Review

Information submitted through AI-enabled features may be reviewed by authorized personnel for purposes including quality assurance, customer support, troubleshooting, security, compliance, training, and service improvement.

Sensitive Information

Users should not submit sensitive personal information, confidential third-party information, regulated data, or other highly sensitive information through AI-enabled features unless such information is reasonably necessary for the requested service and permitted under applicable agreements.

Service Improvements

We may use information and interactions to maintain, improve, secure, troubleshoot, and develop our products, services, and AI-enabled functionality, subject to applicable law, contractual commitments, and our privacy practices.

We do not permit third-party AI service providers to use customer-submitted information for training their general-purpose AI models.

Changes to AI Features

We may introduce, modify, suspend, discontinue, or expand AI-enabled features and functionality from time to time. Not all products, services, websites, or customer portals will include AI-enabled functionality.

Updates to This Notice

We may update this AI Notice periodically to reflect changes in our business practices, technology, legal requirements, or AI-enabled services. The updated version will be made available through the applicable website, portal, product, or service.
