About Us

CAI was purpose-built for manufacturers, processors, distributors, and graphic communications operators who need software that fits how their business actually runs — not the other way around. From the shop floor to the front office, we deliver the visibility, control, and continuous improvement that moves your numbers.
Cai Story

Every operation has a performance gap.
CAI exists to close it.

CAI has spent 45+ years earning deep expertise in the industries that demand the most — discrete manufacturing, process manufacturing, and graphic communications. We don't sell generic software and call it a fit. We build purpose-built systems for the specific complexity you operate in every day.

With 6,200+ active customers worldwide and a market-leading position in every vertical we serve, CAI brings the financial strength, enterprise infrastructure, and operational depth to be a true long-term performance partner — not a vendor you'll outgrow.

Our people get to know your business, your processes, and your challenges. We measure our success by yours - efficiency gained, costs reduced, throughput improved.

We are scaling our business and needed new tools that enable us to reach our goals. Now, we have optimized our workflow, as the Maritech software is fully integrated and absorbs the side-stream of information. We are very satisfied with both the result and the implementation project.

Collectively, we are saving thousands of man-hours each year because operators spend less time on simple reporting tasks. ShopVue makes it easy to bring new employees up to speed. We’ve added over 400 new operators in the last few years without any negative impact to our efficiency metrics.
