CAI Software, LLC Acquires Radley Corporation and Its EDI and Data Collections Software Suites

Southfield, Michigan and Smithfield, Rhode Island – CAI Software, LLC, (“CAI” or “CAI Software”) a leader in the delivery of mission-critical enterprise resource planning (ERP), manufacturing execution systems (MES) and warehouse management software (WMS) and services, today announced that it has acquired Radley Corporation (“Radley”), a leading developer of electronic data interchange (EDI) and data collection software solutions for manufacturers.

Radley’s software solutions complement and add significant value to CAI Software’s existing portfolio of products and services, and the acquisition aligns with CAI’s strategy of enhancing the breadth and depth of its solutions for manufacturers and distributors with industry specific requirements.

Radley will operate as a subsidiary of CAI Software and will maintain its sales, support and development offices in Southfield and Grand Rapids, Michigan.  All current employees will continue in their roles.

Today’s announcement follows CAI Software’s June 2020 acquisition of Robocom Corporation, a leading warehouse management software (WMS) provider for food manufacturers and distributors, the 2018 acquisitions of Casco Development, LLC, developers of the ShopVue™ manufacturing execution system (MES) software for leading manufacturers globally, and IMS Software, LLC, developers of the Food Connex™ ERP software for meat, seafood and poultry distributors and processors, providers of dry goods, provisions, specialty items and produce.

The transaction closed on December 23, 2020. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
