Referral Program Terms & Conditions
By participating in the Food Connex Referral Program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Eligibility
- The Program is open to current Food Connex customers in good standing.
- Free-trial users, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents of CAI, or any of its parents, subsidiaries, or affiliates are not eligible for the Program.
- Referrals must: (1) be new purchasers of Food Connex and not already in discussions with our sales team; and (2) purchase paid software (excluding trials, free tiers, or promotional credits)
- How Rewards Are Earned
- To qualify for a reward, your referral must (i) be submitted through the official referral form, and (ii) sign a Food Connex contract and complete their first payment.
- Once these conditions are met, you will be eligible to receive either a $100 Amazon Gift Card or $250 credit toward your next Food Connex renewal, as selected during your submission. The choice of reward must be indicated at the time of award issuance and cannot be changed once selected.
- Reward Fulfillment
- Rewards are processed within 30 days after your referral becomes a paying Food Connex customer.
- Credits applied to renewal invoices are non-transferable, hold no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly permitted by CAI. Such credits will be automatically applied to your next renewal invoice.
- Amazon Gift Cards are subject to Amazon’s separate terms and conditions and will be delivered electronically to the email address on file with Food Connex.
- Program Changes
- CAI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Any change will be effective immediately upon posting updated terms and conditions on CAI’s website.
- Limitations
- CAI reserves the right, in its sole discretion to deny any reward if fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms is suspected.
- Liability
- CAI and its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates are not liable for lost, delayed, or misdirected referrals, technical errors, or unauthorized participation.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, CAI and its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates disclaim liability for any damages arising from participation in the Program.
- Disclaimer: CAI reserves the right to interpret and administer these terms at its sole discretion.
- Governing Law
- These terms shall be governed and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its conflict of law principles.
