Network Endpoint Protection

Protect your network-connected ‘end points’ (desktops, laptops and tablets) against viruses and spyware. Automatic operating system patch management along with an anti-spam filter and website blocker ensure that minor problems don’t become big―and expensive.

24/7 Help Desk

Our 24/7 IT Help Desk is staffed by knowledgeable, Microsoft-certified technicians who are familiar with your specific IT infrastructure. They can assist in resolving day-to-day computer issues (i.e., e-mail won’t work, an employee can’t print, etc.) to keep your team productive.

Inbound Email Filtering (Optional)

Protect your inboxes against 99 percent of spam, viruses and other malware. Easily preview and delete suspect messages before they are opened. Filtered emails are stored in an external quarantine accessible by your IT department or staff. The service is automatically updated for the latest threats.

On-site & Cloud Data Backup (Optional)

Secure your data with on-site and cloud-based server and PC backups. Back up specific files or the entire hard drive with incremental, dated restoration points for easy retrieval. CAI Cloud Services: Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)

CAI Cloud Services utilizes Microsoft’s Azure Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) platform to host our clients’ mission-critical apps and IT infrastructure. This flexible, open platform lets you run your physical, on-premises servers, applications, and databases on virtual, cloud-based servers in Microsoft data centers. These highly secure, redundant data centers can be accessed via a secured connection anytime and anywhere you can access the Internet.

Available on a subscription basis with one low monthly fee, CAI Cloud Services eliminate deployment fees incurred with an on-prem server (or servers) along with the necessary operating system licensing fees and common applications which typically are re-purchased every time you replace each device. Advanced Backup & Disaster Recovery (AMBaR) Service

In today’s always-on business landscape, maintaining an effective backup and disaster recovery (BDR) strategy is more important than ever before. You need a BDR that delivers fully comprehensive business continuity and that’s easy to deploy, manage, and monitor—all at a low, predictable cost.

Less Disaster, More Recovery

Our Advanced Managed Backup and Recovery Service (AMBaR) provides fully managed, end-to-end business continuity. You get enterprise-class protection, instant virtualization, cloud-based replication and recovery, unlimited storage, and more. In the event of a disaster, data can be recovered in a matter of minutes. AMBaR provides everything you need for a true business continuity solution for your networked servers and desktop computers—all for one low, fixed monthly price per protected server or desktop.

Server/Desktop BDR Agent

AMBaR backs up your backs up your critical business data in highly configurable snapshots that are stored as virtual (VMDK) images on the AMBaR BDR appliance. Advanced de-duplication and compression are also included to minimize disk space.

AMBaR BDR Appliance

The appliance provides a granular snapshot and retention policies and can be configured as needed. The virtual snapshots can be turned on in seconds to offer file-level restore. Scheduled screenshot verifications of backups are available, and bare metal restores to dissimilar hardware are handled with ease. Should a protected server go offline, it can be instantly booted virtually to minimize disruption and downtime.

Full cloud replication, instant off-site virtualization, and unlimited storage.

All data is encrypted and stored in bicoastal SAS 70 Type II and HIPAA-compliant data centers. You can choose how frequently each agent syncs updates offsite, and it’s no longer required that every local backup be copied to the cloud.

Backup Verification

Backup verification ensures bootability and hardware independent restore capabilities. After a backup is completed, the image file is test booted, and a screenshot of the booted VM is emailed as confirmation that the backup occurred (and that it can be successfully recovered should the need arise). Flexible scheduling allows AMBaR to set the frequency of screenshot verifications, which can happen as often as every hour. These screenshots are not only a useful resource to confirm data integrity, but also reveal server damage or corruption before it becomes apparent to users.

Remote Monitoring and Management

This optional service can be included for all protected servers and desktops for a small, additional cost. Also included is LogMeIn for remote access, anti-virus protection, and more. And with direct support from our 24x7x365 NOC technicians, you’ll be able to monitor, manage, protect, backup and recover servers and desktops with ease.
