DQ Technologies to integrate DQ Tech’s industry‐leading Order Delivery Tracking (ODT) software with the Ponderosa solution.
In a simple order window, everyone in your organization is provided with a complete picture of daily dispatch operations
and delivery orders. Without making phone calls to the dispatch office, sales personnel can quickly determine an order's
status and respond to customer inquiries. Management can more effectively keep track of the daily progression.
Ponderosa DispatchPro provides an overall delivery and route picture for a specific day's vehicle runs. These runs can be
expanded to show combined order information, which can also be scanned to provide updated status information for not only
the delivery, but also the order itself. This helps dispatchers ensure that orders are properly staged and ready to quickly
turn around vehicles for second and third delivery runs.
The software’s Order and Delivery screen can be sorted by custom load times. Information is grouped into simple pull down
sections, allowing dispatch personnel to quickly sort information, make delivery related decisions, and better manage staff
and resources involved in the order build process.
